In October 2024, I visited Leong’s Legend in London’s Chinatown with my mum for its bottomless dim sum experience. It was the perfect start to our day before seeing a musical in the West End.
We expected to eat a lot because the dim sum was bottomless, but the portions were more generous than we anticipated. Although we did not order as much as we thought we would, we still enjoyed trying different dumplings and buns together.
Is Leong’s Legend Bottomless Dim Sum Worth It?
Based on my experience, yes. Leong’s Legend is worth considering if you want a filling and relaxed bottomless dim sum meal in the heart of London’s Chinatown.
The portions were generous, the staff were friendly and attentive, and we could choose from several varieties of dumplings and buns. The experience worked particularly well as a meal before a West End show because the restaurant is within walking distance of Leicester Square and many central London theatres.
However, this is not a traditional brunch buffet where you collect unlimited food yourself. Orders are served in rounds, all food must be eaten before you reorder, and the current voucher lasts 90 minutes. It is worth reading the latest conditions before purchasing.
Our Bottomless Dim Sum Experience
The dim sum servings were generous, so we did not eat as many rounds as we originally expected. That was not a problem for us because it still allowed us to try different dumplings and buns without feeling rushed to order everything at once.

For me, the combination of generous servings, variety and helpful service made this an enjoyable meal to share with my mum.

My mum and I enjoyed our bottomless dim sum experience at Leong’s Legend. The portions were generous, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the Chinatown location made it an easy choice before our West End plans.
