Hello Beautiful Souls! I think you will remember this vegan restaurant from before. I had this delicious vegan burger with chickpeas fries at 123V vegan cafeteria. This time I went back for the bottomless sushi offer they had for £30,00.
As a vegan cafeteria, they offer a great selection of vegan sushi, so we tried it all. I went for the [grand] sushi set and crispy & spicy V-tuna roll. Both were yummy. The V-tuna tasted a bit like the texture of fish, but not completely. My friend went for the sushi pizza and crispy rice green dynamite, which was [a bit] disappointing. The fried sushi rice base on both was too greasy, unfortunately.
If you like to try vegan sushi with some vegan substitutes for the fish, go for the [grand] sushi set. I think this was very delicious and a lot, even if they don't have a bottomless offer. What I missed at this restaurant was some vegan sushi with more vegetables, for example, and fewer substitutes for fish or meat.
