Hello beautiful Souls! I have been lucky to witness another musical. This time as a birthday gift. [Yeah] You might know about this musical called Come from Away. This musical always caught my eyes when taking the tube, but never did I think I would see this musical because I had no clue about the story.

Finding out about the story [finally], I couldn’t be happier to see it. It is a different type of theatre than I was used to seeing. There is no break [for the rest room, just so you know], pretty simple daily wear customs, very upbeat songs and fast-paced change of scenes. The actors all had beautiful voices. The way the actors kept on changing the stage for different scenes, was done brilliantly.

Come from Away is set a week following the attacks on September 11th. Thirty-eight planes had to land at Gander Aiport in Newfoundland and Labrador in Canada when the attacks happened. The musical tells the stories of the people who had been on one of those planes. It also tells the story about the generosity and support of the people in Gander. I [surely] got swept away for an hour and a half. If you have a chance to see it when in London, definitely do!
